i mean really?

is there a *SINGLE* person who voted for trump who was shocked by his comments and now realizes he's not the man they voted for?

its the opposite.

the only way that would happen is for trump to suddenly start spouting sjw stuff..and that's what the media wants him to do.

THAT would actually turn off his base.

he's too smart for that.

To be fair, I don't think many are arguing that he is losing his base. The trends suggests that the independents are bailing, however.

I personally know people who voted for Trump simply out of hatred and distrust of HRC. It wouldn't be surprising that they would now be put off by him.

I'm sure a good portion of this country, including myself, went into that election going "damn.........there just isn't a good choice here".

I did however lose complete and total respect for Kimmel, Fallon, and Bill Burr.

Pretty hugely disappointed in those guys.

So liberal Hollywood isn't on board with Trump. Is it really that shocking? Or really disappointing? I don't need these people to be my friend, just entertaining.

Please feel free to point me in the right direction. Everything I've read shows disapproval increasing among independents since the beginning of the year.

Of course Independents are leaving. His base will likely never leave, but without the independents he'll be soundly destroyed in 2020.

Fallon used to atleast stay away from politics but after the new ratings came out that showed Colbert gaining or even passing him he made a decision to inject more bullshite political nonsense into his show. Yes, that's disappointing.

Bill Burr has become one of the idiots he used to call out.

a HUGE number of Trump voters despise the man. We only voted for the idiot because we felt he wasnt as crooked as Hillary. We kinda thought he would just golf and keep his mouth shut.

All of the people pissing and moaning about Trump are the people who didn't vote for him the first time anyway.

The MSM spent a year calling him Hitler and a of his supporters Nazis and praising ANTIFA for disrupting his rallies and putting out poll and poll of his decreasing approval and lack of chance to win and running constant stories about how he's a bigot and an an idiot and a sexist and a racist and all kinds of bullshite

And then he soundly defeated the entire GOP for the nomination and Hillary for the White House.

I'm not worried. But you have to believe the democratic candidate in 2020 will be a young charismatic wolf. Trump needs to be on his 100% A-game because we can't afford to turn the white house over the the establishment progressive movement

538 has Trump's net approval better today than it was a weak ago, although there may be a bit of a lag in their model.

Ok, can we talk about things the President could do that could be attributed to him? Or are you suggesting that the trends on unemployment have changed?

What anyone that isn't a moron could have had addressed by now are:

Passing a real budget, instead we are raising the debt ceiling. Addressed healthcare, instead we are all facing another increase in premiums with less coverage and fewer choices. Tax reform, instead we have nothing.

Yes, they are.

Republicans too.

I know this is really hard to believe, but some people are able to change their minds about things.

Rolling back the previous administration's executive order red tape, not falling prey to other leader's bullshite ie Paris and NAFTA, calling out China both to balance trade and intimidate North Korea?

You want to talk about things the President is doing and then you list three negative things he has nothing to do with. That's Congress's fault. Hopefully it will be rectified in the midterms.
