Where would one go to find REAL news with facts that don't skew right or left? Any outlet out there that doesn't pushes a narative one way or another? IK NBC is far left and Fox is far right.want to get honest news with panels on both sides of the issues. Where do you guys get your news? Please keep the jokes if you can't give a REAL answer

Wall Street Journal is probably the closest to neutrality as you'll find, other than CSPAN (because they literally have no commentary, just a camera on the floor).

WSJ because they care about money. They'll report on the money.

Oddly enough al-jezzeera was pretty factual.

OAN can be as well.

Thanks for the input. If you don't watch the news you're uninformed, if you watch the news you're misinformed. Lol

You have to go with a more focused outlet. Fox Business, CNBC, or WSJ are more reasonable....but they focus on business related news.

Almost impossible. The best thing you can do is try to read articles with an open mind and if you think the article is pushing an agenda you are probably right.

I usually look at Drudge first thing every morning to see if anything crazy happened overnight but he has gotten worse and worse about linking articles from extreme right sources that are dubious at best.

I think the best idea is to severely limit your "real news" consumption. 99.9% of what you'll see in the news will have 0 direct effect on your life whatsoever. If you wan't to read there are thousands of good books that will improve your life more than reading skewed news stories.

infowars, drudge, breitbart.

Just because some place is more correct than another doesn't mean it is due to bias. These 3 have been more correct than other outlets I have seen by a large margin. Some will claim they are biased to the right but that is only true if you think truth only lies on the right.

He's an aggregator. He links to right leaning to far right sources but I go there first because it's a great site to see if anything around the world blew up while I was sleeping.

Daily:

Print... WSJ, USA, WAPO, NYT, Shreveport Times

TV... Almost none. I watch what the wife is watching when I walk into the living room. That is usually...
ABC morning show with 2 blacks trying to be funny.
Kennedy afternoon show on Fox.
The View in the gym locker room when dressing in and out.

Online... Links off Drudgereport. This includes 10-15 of his headline links per day plus 20 of his syndicated links below the headlines per day.
On the syndicated links: From the left I recommend Mother Jones, The Nation and Village Voice.
From the right I recommend Larry Elder, Michelle Malkin and Jonah Goldberg.
But try other writers to see if you like them.
Camille Paglia is great but she seldom writes.

There are more than 50 daily links to left wing publications on Drudge. Examine the site carefully before you post.

Apparently Hustler Magazine!

Agreed, except when they were reporting a Middle East story.

But for factual reporting regarding US domestic politics, they were far and away the most objective.

I'm not ready to put them in that category yet. It does appear they have some legit sources but few of their reports have come to pass in the public light at this point. I'd guess most of what they say is accurate but what has come out so far doesn't put them in the same level as the first 3.
