Exhibit “A” to “Why We May Be PermaF’ed” (Montana anecdote)

I’ve lived at least part time in Missoula, MT for 18 years. I love it. I am a block from a trailhead that leads to Indian land and eventually Canada. And the town has always been just weird enough for my tastes.
But this evening, I was sitting at a bar working (a bar whose happy hour small bites are min $7 and happy hour pints are $5 which used to be expensive for here) and a retired fireman ordinary Joe Boomer strikes up a great conversation. Buys me a beer. We talk fishing, camping, skiing.
Salt of the earth old guy.
Then he starts lamenting the possibility of living under a president with “97 counts” and how he’s with Joe who rode the train to work.
I deflected because I wasn’t in the mood and I like the guy.
I told him I was voting for Bobby Jr and slipped in that I have close personal connections with the Bidens and left it at that.
Point being, if this old workaday dude falls for that shite, then we really may be screwed. Granted, it’s Missoula which has been left for ages, but he less Joe Six Pack with a family and a truck camper.
FML.

Yes. I know. But I’ve been here since 2005, and it used to freaks, a mix of college kids of all ilks, and real old school Montanans.
Even this guy was lamenting the changes. But he is the MSNBC equivalent of the old FOX News Facebook Boomers.

Trump stands no chance.
That is fact.
That is fact.

A) you’re a known retard
B) I travel and exist in more diverse circles than you could ever dream of.
C) that said, that was kind of my point, even people who should not, by every normal metric, be as retarded as you, can surprisingly be so.
Ergo
D) we may be fricked.
And ftr our 2/3 of the time home is surrounded by the most MAGA mofos in existence. The gas stations sell Let’s Go Brandon and FJB flags.
My peeps.

I've lived most of my life in Alabama. I knew an old guy who made his living welding. He made it so far, that he was a welding inpector and companies were paying him really good money to work a site, on contract, for months at a time. This dude made a lot of money, has huge amounts of land, and has the ability to buy just about whatever he wants.
All that being said, he is a "yellow dog Democrat". Always votes for the Democrat because his dad did, the grandfather did, and his great-grandfather did. Thing is, he is about as conservative in his views, as a person can get. He has no common ground with the modern day Democrat platform, yet he still follows that tradition of his family. You can lead a horse to water. but......

Didn’t even occur to bring up the fact that the Steele dossier was fake, the Mueller investigation found nothing, and the 50+ intelligence experts all lied about the Hunter Biden laptops?
No, I didn’t think so.
He seems like a nice guy, so don’t rock the boat. I get it.

Is he from, or lives, or related to anyone in Dallas, County Alabama? Lot's of old money here that masks as Republican.

Montana is solid red and all of their electoral votes will go to the republican nominee, why give a frick what this moron thinks? The battle for the hearts and minds of the people needs to be fought in the swing states.

I don’t disagree. But by all accounts this guy should never vote D. Or mainstream R for that matter. But he actually believes Joe tires a train and Trump is a criminal. This transcends state lines. I guess the Missoula cultural issues have some influence. But this guy should be impervious to that stupid shite.

If what you say is true it's a great example of what I've been saying since 2016....the true collusion that rigs our elections begins with the DC Uniparty, the Bureaucratic State and the Gaslight Media. When you have this incestuous relationship between these three entities you end up with the conversation you experienced in a Missoula bar.....the programming of the average street level American by mass media is much more effective than many people realize or are willing to admit. Joe Biden is the most corrupt man to occupy the White House in at least 100 years and the dude you were having a beer with only knows Biden as "Lunch Bucket Joe" who rode the train to work. I rest my case.

Everyone knows boomers are largely gullible zionist fools that do whatever the mainstream media tells them.
They grew up in an era where society was high-trust. There were only a few channels, you couldn’t get scammed via email, and women were women.
Psychologically they can not comprehend the darkness and deception that truly exists. If you try to explain that things aren’t as they seem they’ll quickly shut you down. Deep down I think they know they’re wrong but they just refuse to believe, as they’re scared of reality
