From my understanding the Alt Right was created by left, and they "repackaged the hate and served it up in a more palatable form for human consumption."
Its easier/more believable to label your political adversaries "Alt Right" than Neo Nazi/KKK, while still essentially calling those who disagree with you politically as white supremacists/racists

Yeah, there is a minority white nationalist movement out there. Richard Spencer is the face of that.
Then there is a giant swath of people who think that American culture and its trappings (free speech, private property, capitalism, rule of law, etc.) are superior to other cultures and systems. That's 95% of this board and it's not a racial thing.
