and disproportionally hurts people on medicaid and medicare.

quote:

The plan would create enormous winners and losers even with the more generous benefits with respect to what households and businesses pay today compared to what they would pay under a single payer plan. Overall, over 70 percent of working privately insured households would pay more under a fully funded single payer plan than they do for health insurance today

LINK

85% of medicaid users would be worse off under single payer than current law.

It won't stop democrat establishment from campaigning on it to win elections and then doing nothing for it because they know the truth about single payer.

Her absence makes sense now. She's been lecturing the Emory researcher for weeks.

Surprised anyone at Emory would admit to this. Emory is a liberal cesspool.

I'm surprised they're being honest on this.

It's a good thing and I'm glad they're calling it out, but goes to show single payer won't happen here. The insurance lobby is too powerful.. They'll play around tweaking Obamacare or some replacement of it but single payer ain't happening. Too much money involved in the health industry

"fairness". 71% have it too good. They deserve their comeuppance! And Bernie wants to deal it.

But, if it helps that other 29% then the inconvenience of the 71% is worth it for the greater good.

They did the same thing with gay marriage. Collected donations and sometimes even campaigned on it....but end up doing nothing.

Liberals would know about fake research and biased reporting.
