For inflating its value, finances, and users. Then use the award to buy Disney and take out the gay.

Yes.

Why shouldn't he play by the same rules?

I’d like to see this concept go mainstream. Target Dem business owners who inflated value to get loans.

Huh? Elon offered to buy something and then ran it's value into the ground after. Twitter was worth what he paid at the time his management cost him money

The security/information blob ran off some people by false accusing X of being racist.

But not to worry. Elon has it on a recovery path like a rocket.

The thing that separated Twitter from the rest of the similar apps(intro to web dev courses the world over build Twitter clones to get started) was user base and branding. Musk has somehow damaged both of those

The thing that separates it now is that it is one outlet that does not bend the knee to the government censorship complex.

Not true at all. Twitter was never profitable (or even close to profitable) when Elon bought it. It was already on a death spiral so all Elon did was delay the inevitable by trying to cut cost and streamline at worst, at best he saves it and it’s still a free speech outlet not being run by the government anymore

would be glorious

only problem with using democrat trickery on them is that you have to violate your own moral constitution to employ their venal methodology.

No it's not plenty of places to post in total anonymity if you want to with zero censorship.

witter was never profitable

Plenty of companies are not profitable for long periods of time especially in tech. Also Twitter showed profit in 2 years of financial reporting so never is a bit of a stretch although I'll give you it was and is a shite company/investment from that angle.

He never bought Twitter for the existing platform. He will continue to deploy Starlink satellites (he has 5289) til sometime in the next two years he will have decent coverage of large portions of the world.

Then comes Elon's phone tied into X using his sats and an end to end secure hookup.

X will then be developed into the platform he envisioned, an all type provider, with access to the largest portion of the worldwide population.

Look at content as an example. Disney has a lot but needs more subscribers, Netflix is spending a fortune to develop their own, all the other studios, countries (like SKorea and Europe) looking for platforms. Now enter Elon, I can give you access to more consumers by far (think remote or less developed countries) that any other vehicle. But guess what Disney, I dont pay you a fee for content, you pay me to be on X and accessible to Starlink.

it seems only fair that the deal should also require Elon to have VICTIM tattooed on his forehead.
