Election day late afternoon GOTV effort for the Florida Panhandle

Anyone remember this? All the late afternoon exhortations from talk radio for the panhandle to get out and vote because the early day turnout was barely 50%? Even Drudge had a red headline "Low turnout in Florida panhandle". Final turnout for that area would be more than 90% 
I would love to see the internal data the Trump team had at that point, they must have known they would win the state if they could get the panhandle out.
And can you imagine this recount nonsense had he lost Florida? The lawsuits would be neverending.
