Now back to Elbert. What's he done?

I don't know the gentleman so I cannot speak to his accomplishments (or lack thereof). But the substance of his message is not so much against Senator Landrieu as it is about the blind voting for a capital letter rather than their own interest. I am just as guilty of this as his target audience. Make them earn your vote.

He's a state senator in one of 64 parishes and he's complaining that Mary hasn't delivered to his parish. He needs to check his own delivery receipts.

Elbert Guillory Takes Down Mary I have a question for Elbert.... Name one thing he's done for Opelousas. He's a state senator and is complaining how things are worse in his home town. What's he done? One thing will do. TIA

This is just your typical troll attempt. Guillory was Legislator of the Year twice. His list of bills passed is extensive. You suck at trolling, fwiw.

Have you even bothered to check his votes?

Of course not.

You once again confirm my belief that liberals just arent smart

Mary is the target, but the focus on the ad was his community, thinking and doing for themselves

Did he say who to vote for, who would be better, that he had the answer? No, No, and No

His message was that block Dem votes have led to their plight. That nothing has or will change until his community changes their allegiances

Once pols see that happening, then his community will taken seriously, invited to the table, and change can occur

But voting again for Mary rewards only her, and punishes the people on Academy St, on the the Hill

Bill Cassidy and the RNC needs to run the frick out of this ad.

Legally, I don't know if they can. Either Guillory's PAC or another, like ATR(aka evil Koch Brothers) might be the only ones can do it.

I don't think there can be cooperation between a campaign and a PAC.

Unfortunately, the Cravins Clan still runs most of Opelousas. Elbert has no real say in how the Mayor, City Council, Clerk of Court, Assessor and St. Landry School Board act. Majority of voters in Opelousas are so clueless, one district allowed a dude who already had to resign from the school board several year ago for a conviction get his old seat back.

He then soon was convicted of corruption again and sentenced to jail time.

Opelousas is a metaphor for the entire state. I'm sorry you missed that in your rush to deflect from Mary's poor performance by attacking the messenger.

So in essence you want something he's done for the entire state. Here's his list from 2014: LINK. Feel free to start there and work your way back until you find something that meets your criteria (translation: do your own research).

Yeah cause voting for a Republican like Cassidy is going to bring real change to Academy Street, like cuts to welfare --food stamps and Section 8 housing Etc. Brilliant ad, can we replay it in a few years next to video of riots on "the Hill"?

Isn't this the guy that was a republican his entire life, switched to D so he could run for office and then switched back after he won twice?

And he's really lecturing voters about being "just a means to an end?" Haha

Elbert guillory is a good man. When he switched to the Republican Party a year ago, the leftists on this board displayed incredible racist sentiments. It was disgusting. I believe it got rex and Asurob banned for a while.

I've never heard of Elbert Guillory. Care to apologize?

First, you apologize for your burning hatred of successful black people. Why do you hate them so much?

It's funny that you're so rustled by the ad that you attack him rather than what he said.
