Not to downgrade what this guy is doing, he has my utmost respect and admiration, but they are sending 100% of graduates to college, not graduating 100%.
That's a big difference. But I would assume graduation rates are very high as well, but not 100%.
it's not a 5A high school ... it's a charter school ... the sr classes are probably not that big, so 100 % graduation rate isn't out of the realm of possibilities ... and they are sending kids to 4-year universities, which includes a lot of lower tiered schools ...
like lsu and ole miss ...

Dr. Perry is what dark skinned blacks call "bright". They are jealous of the "bright" ones.
I heard this term from a black guy I worked with. He had a Southern University Dancing Dolls calendar above his desk. I think that's the name of the dance team. He told me only "bright" girls are chosen for the team. And sure enough I've never seen a very dark girl on the team.
