I've got stuff to last for a few days if earthquake or avalanche screw things up. Storing supplies isn't going to get you through a doomsday scenario unless you have a fort to protect it. Living somewhere with low population and abundant game is a better solution.

i agree with this
The thing you should be most afraid of during Armageddon isn't not having food or water or getting eaten by predator or poison animal - but people. People are the absolute most dangerous thing on the planet.
This is why we're going camping for a long time when Armageddon comes.
