The man always has a plan and is using Wagner to consolidate power in Russia for the final offensive against Ukraine.

Unlike a month or two ago when Prigozhin started going nuts, I don't really see anyone saying this is a psy-op/maskirovka. The interesting angle to me is, did the CIA get to Prigozhin with a nice wire transfer?
