So, I went and looked it up myself at other sites other than the National Review. As you can imagine, they were all crap sites.
I didn't see anything about Kenya. Even if I had, there's nothing concrete that suggests he was even a member of the New Party except for one newspaper clipping stating that he won a local election.

1. Trump is not the media. Media has an obligation to journalistic integrity.
