Doesn't Newsmax Have a Clear Opportunity Here

(Edit: I just read. Newsmax was dropped by DIRECTV...so maybe another network could perhaps use this theory instead...)
Let's say Hannity goes down...I hope not, but let's just say he does and Murdoch wants to purge Fox News....Why the frick wouldn't the executives at Newsmax --a fledgeling, no ratings-- right wing news tv channel go out and hire O'Reilly and Hannity and put them on a 7/8 p.m. Primetime block every weeknight?
So paying the two might be an issue, I get it, but here's the solution....just have Bill and Sean own their respective shows and take a small back end cut determined by their profitability. These two are both going to be pissed and want to frick over Fox. I'd hire away a couple of producers and let them carry my network and get MASSIVE press for your channel.
Distribution should not be a problem because Newsmax is already in 70 or 80 million homes because they are in DIRECTV...which many...many rural viewers have who are going to watch these shows religiously. Newsmax has a real opportunity to strike gold here I think.

Even if Newsmax (whatever the frick that is) had distribution, you'd be hard pressed to find advertisers who would want their brand associated with conspiracy theories and sexual harassment. There is only so much money to be made from gold coin replica, catheters, and dry food advertising.
Anyone who wants the big budget ad buyers will need to let these controversies cool down before they can sell O'Reilly again. Hannity still has a chance to recover his image.

They have plenty of advertisers for CNN and MSNBC pushing the Russia Trump conspiracy theory. So that blows two holes through the back of that explanation.
