But what does "cooperating" mean in this case?

So does the Pit Bull. Shame for you that his dirt is being exposed.

Thanks to Sara Carter.

It means, quite simply, that he's flipped on Trump and is now giving up the goods as to when, why and how Trump colluded with the Russian government to steal the election from the rightful president, Hillary Clinton. I mean, that's gotta be it, right?

There are cooperation provisions in his plea agreement you can read if you want to know the parameters. It’s on the Special Counsel DOJ web page.

It's no longer on there, but dammit I didn't just make it up.

How many plea agreements have you read? Please tell me how many of those agreements DID NOT include this.

I love when you try and cite things you don't have the knowledge, background and flat out pedigree to understand and layer your inadequate, unqualified level of understanding on top of it.

I think we had this same argument when you tried to outline the scope of the special council and in your attempt to twist the statute to your view you left out the single most important, defining sentence in the entire paragraph.

There are a couple of plea agreements obtained by Mueller that do not include these cooperation provisions.

Can you remind me what argument you were making?

Patently false. They all have a version of it. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.

Little advice since you clearly, again, DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, look for the words obligation and "breach" if your half baked CTRL + F search is letting you down on the word "cooperation".

You were basically running around saying the SC has jurisdiction to investigate anything, anywhere that occurred at any time.

You linked the exact statue I would of linked but you cherry picked a sentence in the middle of a paragraph and tried to use it to prove your grossly ill informed "point" without trying to, or maybe completely unable to, use any context like...I dunno...the surrounding sentences.

The Papadopoulos and van der Zwaan plea agreements do not contain the cooperation provisions that are included in the Gates, Pinedo and Flynn plea agreements. See 8(a) - (g) in the latter.

The van der Zwaan agreement doesn’t even contain the word “cooperate” or any interations.

Ok but you can have obligations under and breach a plea agreement without having these cooperation provisions.

Was this the thread on the hearing in front of Judge Ellis?

I’m curious are you suggesting Flynn is not cooperating with the government?
