lolno

It's crazy IMO that the GOP would even consider running a Bush.

How tone deaf can they be?

Good God no.

Jeb brings few positives outside of his establishment support, given his views on immigration, his ties with guys like Charlie Crist, etc.

That is the same wing of the party as McCain and Romney that saw Republicans get their arse kicked twice.

This.

He will get big money from those who run the party, but the regular conservatives who are tired of big gov't will not support him.

I don't want him to run. Not because I hate his brother or think he would necessarily be a bad president, but rather because our country was never intended to have political dynasties.

I do, however, hope he campaigns in Florida for whomever the Republican nominee is.

No to both questions.

First, I don't think the public is ready for another Bush, no matter how capable he may be.

Second, I don't think we need another "Dem lite" candidate. McCain and Romney showed how well those work.

Maybe not Republicans who post on this website but recent polling suggests Republicans want him to run. They want Romney even more.

Some recent polling shows Romney doing best when matched up against HRC (when he's included in the poll). Fwiw - not sure if he'll run though.

No I do not. What's rather ironic to me is in the last two elections all we heard was the bad slate of candidates on the Rep side.

Appears that has now flipped and could be the downfall of the Dem party in '16. I mean really, Clinton, Biden and the Indian princess are the best the Dems have to offer?

The Republicans have some good canidates not named Bush. I wouldn't support him, but I would vote for just about anybody verse Clinton. I remember Billy running scared when times got tough and trying to appease both sides. He was only interested in poplularity.
