DJT did a poor job relaying to the American People his North Korean blink win

This is one boastful man, yet he has done a less than stellar job at letting the American people know about a pretty significant if symbolic foreign policy victory.
I know c'ville took all the energy out of the room, but it's a political miscalculation not to be hyping this win.

It's not technically a "win" yet and to hype it as such would be a political miscalculation. The minute he tried to boast about this "win" Kim will test another missile and the left and media will turn it around him(they'll do that anyway.). We won't be able to boast about a NK "win" until we start shooting down their missiles or get a regime change in place.

I think any member of BLM who is threatening to murder police officer probably needs to see the inside of a jail cell...sorta the same way any nazi threatens to kill jewish people needs to be responded to.

What could he have done?
He could tweet about it, but it'll get ignored. The media won't touch anything that's positive on Trump. If he tries to hold a press conference, it will devolve right back to the race issue and they won't cover the initial statement.
His economic and foreign policy achievements are impressive. There is no doubt he's done well here, but he can't make them talk about this stuff. Maybe he should tweet about it and intentionally misspell a word.
