This is nothing. And Obama was reelected 2 years later.

Exactly, we are in a conflict, but it's been mostly a war at home. One most of us don't even want to be involved in or haven't even tried to be involved, but hear about it everyday.

Perhaps the problem is you.
No he got it right, Obama, the left, and the media perpetuated an enhanced racial divide during Obama's tenure.

I don't have issues with people of other races.
He didn't say he had a problem either. He was pointing out the current president does.

For all the bitching we do about blacks and welfare and crime, do you really think we want to keep you uneducated and poor, so we can continue supporting you?
Hell fricking no! We want blacks to be educated and prosperous, to join with us in prosperity.
Who is against vouchers for school choice? Democrats.
Who is in bed with the teachers unions? Democrats.
An educated person is able to make their own decisions and choices in life, they don't want that for y'all. Open your eyes, they think you're too stupid or lazy to take care of yourselves. I know better.

Nothing will change b/c all politicians lie. They are all slaves to the same master. In the all mighty dollar. In a few years the country will get pissed off at the conservatives in office and vote the liberals right back in.

Exactly, repeat cycle. How about let's end all of the bullshite. And I mean all of it, from top to bottom. Doesn't it sound better if we all try and work together? It wont happen though. Hell, I'm white and have to deal rich white assholes all the time.

Although I was very disappointed when he was first elected, because I knew he was a radical and totally unqualified to be president. I hoped he could be an inspiration to blacks and they would realize that white people want them to succeed and give up the victim mentality. Boy was I wrong. He doubled down on it and I've never seen race relations worse in my 46 years of life.
This is almost verbatim of what I have posted several times in the past 6 years.
Except I am 76 yeas old.

Nah. A very large portion of the black community in this country is being systematically turned into voters of symbolism. A niche voting base, used primarily for the presidential elections which saw the extent of their convenience to the Democratic party used in 2008 and 2012. It's fricked up, and I bug my black friends about it every chance I get.
I wouldn't say being turned into as much as that's just the nature of the black community.
What's going to be more problematic for Dems is now blacks will expect to have a Obama like nominee on every ballot in order to get out and vote, which seriously creates a power struggle for white lib progs who want power.
The smaller but growing problem is blacks who have figured out the dem end game of keeping large % on govt tit for blind support.

I'm an Independent that has many liberal social views and many conservative economic views. I've voted for both parties all throughout my life, but never realy follow things to closely to be consider an informed voter. Now I'm trying to inform myself more so before voting, and during this time. I was quite shocked at the actions I was reading about Democratic leadership (Especially Reid) these days. I couldn't support all this, and my vote was effected by this leadership within the Democrats party right now. I had to go with what I thought was best for America's best interest moving forward. I mean all Americans too, and not some, not a majority only, or not just a little, but all Americans. It sure seemed we've had a President who hasn't even worked with his own party. Alone the other side in Washington. Obama needed to be force to the bargaining table, and Reid who help enable most of this behavior had to lose power last night. It was that simple for me really.....
It's sad how both parties after any huge momentum swings. Seem to overstep their bounds and abuse their new acquired power more than not. Maybe just working together would be cheaper and less effort compared to this childish behavior displayed the last 10 or so years. Try that for once Washington, but unfortunately like in real life more than not. It takes total disaster happening, to finally get everyone on the same page for the better good.
OK Republicans, you're up
What are you going to do now????
