I listened to the full Tucker interview on Joe Rogan last night.
Tucker talks about how Harris got sent to the Munich security council and said Ukraine should join NATO when they don’t even qualify to be a member. Basically for the sole purpose of provoking a war
Now these politicians have met their need for blood and power because as he states most of them have the most depressing personal lives ever. They can finally get off on war

IMO they did indeed “cause” the war, but by inaction as opposed to by intentional and direct action. They incubated the atmosphere for it beginning with the failed Afghanistan withdrawal. Again inaction there was the biggest culprit once again and the follow up outward appearance of incompetence planted the seed with Putin and Russia that there will never ever be any time better than this.
Putin gambled on the Biden administration being incapable of being proactive in the earliest stages of signs of war and being 2 behind where they needed to be at all times. So Putin took the shot and he was more or less exactly right in his predictions.

Pretty much every POTUS from both parties (and every POTUS candidate, for that matter) since George W. Bush has encouraged Ukraine membership in NATO (except Trump, who took a combative posture toward NATO in general).
So if that's what did it, it took 20 years of trying before it happened.
And this is exactly why y'all need to stop listening to Idiot Carlson. He knows what I just posted.
He knows it's the equivalent of saying, "The (insert majority party) want to raise the debt ceiling!
