How about companies stop giving jobs to them? Your plan wouldn't come close to sending people back than not giving them work would. It happened with the recession when there was no work. They were going back in thousands. So no your awesome plan wouldn't do shite. Stop letting these companies sub contract out work so that they are not responsible for the illegals that are hired. Fine the shite out of them make the job come to a complete stop and go from there. That would work.
