Gov. Ron DeSantis Threatens to Remove Joe Biden from Florida Election Ballot

quote:

“To have one election official decide that somebody is guilty of, quote, ‘insurrection,’ when there has not been a criminal conviction of anybody, much less the candidate himself, that opens up Pandora’s box,” DeSantis told reporters in Iowa. “I’m actually looking at this in Florida now. Could we make a credible case that Biden [should be removed] because of the invasion of 8 million [migrants]?”

Why don’t we just all admit elections are a farce and stop having them? I’m dead serious

I'm with you.

There's no way out of this shite via "elections"

Not sure becoming like them is the preferable way to beat them.

Joetato’s exceptionally horrible record should suffice on its own and deserves no “excuses” for the Progs to grab on to.

Effort would be better spent on our secession plan in Florida.

Let the rest of you live in Liberal Utopia since you love losing elections.

Eh. I'd probably try to use the shite on hunter's laptop as a reason to remove Biden from the ballot. The intel on the laptop implies that Biden has a history of selling his political positions for money. Foreign entities have given him money to sell out our country.

Who exactly is this “they” that you believe could be forced into a moment of self-reflection/realization?

This is stupid. Republicans have claimed to take the high road for decades. All they were actually doing was giving the mirage of a two party system while participating in the uniparty in the backround. Stop falling for this shite.

I love the idea...Being "noble" gets you Presidents like Obama and Biden...

Democrats are the master of dirty politics and unless the GOP are will to get into the mud at times like this we are dickless.

The 14th Amendment is not a catch all and SCOTUS needs to clarify a lot of the bullshite being used in the name of the 14th.

Yeah, I suspected my opinion on this particular issue may not be popular and I suppose if you’re coming from an angle that this Republic is already long dead and nothing left to save, then you’re probably inclined to want to go authoritarian on the authoritarians.

I think the Republic is on life support and probably close to given last rites, but not yet dead. The fact we can still have these types of discussions shows there remains at least a faint heart beat.

No argument on the Bush/McCain/Romney tuck-tail GOP of the post-Reagan years. They’ve certainly played a defining role in fighting for nothing.

If the Republic is indeed already dead and nothing left to save then it probably will come down to who can ultimately stamp out who.

Many who now support Trump because of his record as POTUS, took a shot in the dark in electing him. We were doubtful that he'd keep his Conservative promises, because he'd spent a lifetime schmoozing Dems... business and social.

I'm suspicious of Ron like I was with Trump given those who support Ron (RINO Globalists and Never Trumpers, but stuff like this really is comforting as having Ron as a backup if or when they take Trump out. And I think they will. Why not?

The Left could care less about a revolution that given all the new imported warriors, they think they can win outright. Or with cancel culture and no access to critical systematic services for those who dare challenge *Democratic* 'government', when they crash the USD and do their "great reset" thing.

As Oliver Hardy would say..."another fine mess you've gotten us into". Hardball ideological war. What else is new.
