Denver Police Department, City, State of Colorado. I think the lawyer said he has 9 client cases so far. I am sure that it will be growing significantly over the next few months.
There is lawyer representation cases involving vaccine injury popping up all over the country. As Covid cases decline and Flu cases start to rise like they normally do except for last year, people who took the Vax will finally realize that they have been lied to. Should make for some very sizeable class action lawsuits.

Limited liability started under Reagan in '86 (NCVIA) shifted to EUA under Trump.
Claims for vaccines given under EUA are administrated under the CICP and claims for vaccines given under a BL are administered by the VICP.

The reason why we are slow walking to tyranny is due to these vaccine companies having legal immunity. They need to be responsible for their harm.

Both are types of tort reform and thus both have caps. The CICP and VICP operate similar to Workers Comp and the vast majority of claimants get quicker payout and usually more money than filing a civil suit. It caps the extraordinary verdicts just like Comp and Med Mal.
You do get damages but I don't think you understand what damages are nor the classes of damages.
Each has a different administration and the damage limits and tables are somewhat different. The VICP is generally more generous than the CICP and is quicker for on the table injuries.
Again both of these systems were put in place before Biden took office and both under R administrations. In both cases very legitimately at the time.

Just imagine how much worse it would have been had he not taken the jab. I guess his choices were death or being handicapped, so look how much better it turned out for him. He is lucky.

I hope that he gets what he deservers. Denver needs to pay big bucks for this type of crap. Maybe that will discourage others from risking lives because they will be risking their money.
