I have a feeling we will see more boos and protests. Everywhere Trump and Pence goes will be met with protests. We will see an increase in protests that will rival protests against the Vietnam War. And it's not just Trump and Pence.
We need to boo all Republicans at all times we can get to show our displeasure and to remind them that the Democrats won the popular vote by over 1.5 million.
I think that will be a good strategy. I feel that independent and moderate voters will grow tired of Trump and vote him out in four years.

Keep proving to voters how resentful Democrats are to middle America and their issues. In fact, turn hard left and appoint a radical progressive nut job with ties to Islamic extremist organizations and a history of intolerance to the Democratic Party Chair. That would just make mid terms easy for republicans.
