they are damned near desperate

they were hopeful in KS

also in GA (which is still u in the air)

and now MT

well, we got the sign!

seems the republican won more handily than expected

this AFTER an assault on a reporter!

so YES!!!

we have seen a sign that gives us an indication about the public's mood

but it is not the sign our friends on the left and in the media wanted

the sign we got is that average Americans are tired of the media and their lies. tired of rude and inappropriate behavior from the media

again, it looks like the final tally in MT was not as close as expected

working Americans are screaming loud & clear & the message is ENOUGH

will the left and their pawns in the media take note & start behaving more fairly & responsibly?

I doubt it

Dimocrats have lost touch with all but the craziest of Americans. At one time there was room for sanity in that party....sadly...no more.

They are desperate to show a "coming wave" 4 fricking months into his presidency. A Republican loss in a district that Trump won would lead to a predictable narrative:
1. Americans disapprove of Trump's performance
2. Russia coverup is hurting Trump
3. Wave election coming for Democrats
4. House Republicans need to move away from Trump

What most likely will happen is the Democrats will win some house seats (but not enough to take the House)and will lose Senate seats. Media will scratch their heads because they can't figure out what happened.

The Dems are just shooting themselves in the foot with the Russian bullshite. Rather than take stock that their message turned off middle America, with the Rust Belt flocking to Trump, and refining their message, they blame the Russians and proceed like they won.

very well put sir - this is 100% spot on

FWIW - I posted this same message on another forum that has a bunch more leftists and THIS is one of the responses I got:

quote:

There's not much need to change when the Trump-voters wake up to the fact they were conned and he is fricking them over, big time. The Democrats don't want to (nor do they need to) appeal to the average dumbass retrograde uneducated flyover Jesus-freak fig-hating shite-kicker. They will get enough of their votes anyway after the disaster that is Trump. Get over it.

Yes, KS and MT. Congrats on actually winning in two of the most conservative states in the country.

Sure, but Montana has sent dems to Washington in recent years and Kansas is the state that fostered the incomparable Kathleen Sebelius upon us.
