SFP thinks this is fine. A completely legitimate legal interpretation of the 14th amendment that deserves its day in court, and is in no way a politically motivated miscarriage of our justice system that leads us into a rabbit hole straight to third world despotism.

Just a reminder for any arguments with leftists trying to equate this to the 1860 election:
Back then the election process was very different where there was no secretary of state qualifying people.
Parties printed ballots and the Republican party didn't print ballots in the Southern States because they knew Lincoln would not win.
Someone could still vote for Lincoln though, they just had to write him in.
