How much of a cesspool must a congressional district be, and the constituents within it, if a politician thinks it is GOOD POLITICS to have such artwork hanging around?

Well, a fellow Congressperson of the opposing mindset (anti-BLM) with nowhere to go but up, should commission an artist (could be real cheap) to paint a piece of artwork which show Cops mowing down thugs in the Hood while patriotic Americans are waving flags and cheering.
