Of course, Idiot. Any "celebrity" that becomes a politician is allowed to discuss their local politics.
Kurt Schilling is discussing HIS local politics AND he's thinking about becoming a politician.
Streep's spent her life pretending to be movie characters, has no plans to become a politician and wasn't discussing local politics.
You think the two cases are similar but they are factually very distinct. You motion is denied and the Bench requests that you refrain from wasting any more of the court's time.
