Wait, so the argument now is "well you used money and that is issued by the government so of course the government should be able to regulate what you do!"

And you want to call others out for their stupidity?

I think there is a very easy solution to this. Allow your services to be hired, take payment and the provide sub-standard performance. Like one guy said have the wedding on the farm and have piles of shite everywhere or make a poor tasting cake. Do it with a smile and no refunds.

That way you get the money from the gays and put it toward whatever you want. Eventually the market will correct itself as far as gay wedding services.

Is anyone honestly surprised that these two cows wanted to get married on a farm?

So what's happening is laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation are being used to force business owners to cater to gays even when it conflicts with their religious beliefs, or being fined for failing to do so even when there's no real harm done, eg, lack of other options for gays to use.

No. What's happening is "state's rights". The First Amendment says nothing about preventing states or local governments from infringing on religious rights. So if you're an "originalist" and oppose the expansive interpretation of "liberal courts" and their incorporation bs, you should have no problem with this.

Make the cake out of shite.

Property rights in this country are in shambles, and this is just one example.
