You guys complain about rulings by federal judges.

Why not ask for constitutional convention?
Gop controls nearly 2/3rds states.
Just reinvent usa in your fantasy image.

1. Companies can buy elections.
2. Most taxes go to states. 90%. The rest goes to the war dept. & va and homeland security.
3. If you are caught hiring 1 illegal, you are shot by firing squad as traitor in the town square at noon. Televised on c-span.
Et cetera. Feel free to suggest your own.

Beware what you wish for.

If they did this it wouldn't work out well for the left.

4. Suspend the Constitution, round up all the liberals and use them to fill the giant hole in the ground for the foundation of the wall.

In 2019 when the CalExit measure reaches the point where its placed on a ballot, I will be voting yes.

I'm very excited about the opportunity to remove the cancerous tumor in the West.

Well unless you live there, you won't be voting on it. Also, secession is illegal and cannot happen under our Constitution. So there is no CalExit, whether California passes a toothless referendum or not

Why even post this garbage? It's this type of juvenile discord ("I'm better than you" bullshite) that the politicians want from WE THE PEOPLE."

Both "sides" do this shite. It's useless but rant away.

I am registered in that great Republic.
Also, circumventing California voting laws is as easy as getting a drivers license. Also, it doesn't matter to Californians who votes, so there not a lot of oversight.

That's never stopped a Democrat in the past.

Great idea to turn back the policies that are destroying the country. MAGA

The constitution is clear on the federal governments role, overreach has reduced all of the freedoms that are guaranteed by the constitution.

How many states are needed to call convention?

34.

Constitution says 2/3rds of the states are needed to call a convention of states.

ETA: 3/4s or 38 state legislatures will need to ratify any proposed amendments from the COS to amend the constitution.

Still requires approval of 3/4 of the states.

And some states are calling for one (Texas has a couple of resolutions pending at this time).
