Do you not think there would be 2,000 reporters up there asking questions if there was any legit chance something fishy was going on?
this does happen. legit journalists do investigate and find stuff. the problem is your story only gets aired if it agrees with the rhetoric that the network is pushing.
its not as simple as you are a journalist you make a story and its aired. it has to go through filters to make sure something the network doesn't want in it is found.
Amber Lyon detailed all of the ways this happened when she was at CNN in a 3 hour podcast with Joe Rogan. When she wanted to go forward with it they threatened to get rid of her pension if she didn't keep her mouth shut about it. she also said the government under obama has subpenaed more reporters for their sources than any government before them. and if those sources are deemed to be connected to terrorists the reporter can be incarcerated on links to terrorism. she moved to australia so that she could continue working without fear of being arrested.
there are documented cases out there, if you look for them instead of dismissing the people that question Fox News maybe you would learn why people question everything we see on tv.
if a reporter wanted to investigate sandy hook more they would have to go to the network to get their funding approved and if the people in charge don't want that side of the story being told they arent gonna approve the funding
