Well, I just saw him on the news. So, if he is so irrelevant, why is he on the news? It's not like the American people are thrusting him into the spotlight, he is attempting that on his own. He went from community organizer to POTUS to community organizer again: full circle. If he stayed out of the limelight, as other presidents have immediately after their tenor, then people would have no need to talk about him. Is HE doing that? No.

You have a very generous definition of scandal involving obama. I don't see how many of these would qualify as a scandal.
If this is your definition of a scandal, I can only imagine what your perspective of what trump is doing looks like. Under your logic, trumps failure to get trumpcare through would qualify as a scandal.
Somehow I don't think you will apply that standard.
