Now that Comey has stated that the FBI wont recommend charges if there was no intent every future investigation is hosed. Kuschner will state that he never had any intent to violate current laws and he will walk.

The only problem weekend your premise is there is no federal statute that covers lack of intent.

There is also no longer political hacks running the DOJ or the FBI do there's that.

So the DOJ's (justifiable) reason for recommending Comey's dismissal was for the misapplication of the law regarding intent.

And a major reason for Trump being elected, is because his opponent should have been charged if it wasn't for Comey's mistake.

Now you're counting on the same thing?

I'm saying it's going to be much harder to go after people abusing the system now that comey basically let everyone walk. If kuschner is indeed guilty of a crime then he needs to be held accountable for it.

The attorney general can choose to ignore the FBI if he wants to.
