Once again, comey was right on his hrc decision. You HAVE to look to the case law which requires intent as held by scotus. It's absolutely required. So you don't no really care. You seek out any argument which absolved trump and punishes Dems regardless if correct or not. You realize deep down he's a train wreck but you're all in after seeing that black guy in the White House for 8 years and it burns your racist ego. So you're willing to just accept the crap that's fed to you and even worse, to go around repeating it rather than seeking the truth.

You're all the same and that's why moderate republicans are going to jump ship in 2020

You could not have said a more truthful statement right there, look at Seth Rich? And how many died while the crooked Clintons were in office? To many to count, they were dropping like flies back then. Surely did not hear all the fuss when all that was going on....Hell Killary had how many folks put down? Think on it a little while.

Pretty sure that he did exactly this, if in fact he doesn't count as such an "authority" himself. He revealed it to FBI agents, just not any agents involved in the investigation directly.

Wrong as usual, Comey should have went to the DOJ with his memo immediately.

Comey is a federal agent, he documented Trump's attempts to obstruct justice, and he informed others in the FBI about it.

Trump's campaign was being investigated. This was clearly going to become a part of that case at some point.

You're grasping at straws, and it's fricking pathetic. Just admit it. You don't care what Trump does. You like his rhetoric about muslims and immigrants, and so you don't care that he's going to do something insanely unethical on a weekly basis, because he's too incompetent to help himself.

Write to your congressman and tell him that. At this point, Trump really could murder someone in cold blood on 5th avenue, and I'm not sure the GOP would impeach him.

I guess the party did learn a lesson from Richard Nixon, unfortunately that lesson was, "If we're all as corrupt as Nixon, no one will be able to hold us accountable."

Apparently he reported it in writing in a memo. As head of the FBI, there isn't much higher authority to report it to. Maybe he should have reported to the President?
