Don Lemon comes back from commercial and opens commentary with, what is really a statement to one of the guest, President Obama is the first president in MODERN us history to finish without any scandals.
CNN just really doesn't care anymore. Just spew the rhetoric that you want to try and brain wash the populous.

I used to sporadically enjoy CNN before the election cycle. They've fricked themselves over the past year or so. They started hemorrhaging viewers when they went all in with Hillary.
Their production model is a failure. The only reason they continue this nonsense with the worst ratings in the industry is because Turner is ok with losing money as long as they get their agenda out there.

I didn't see it, but I doubt the quote was as definitive as you state here. Obama is a little bit of an enigma for me though. I support virtually nothing he's done, but his personality and dignity have grown on me some. I actually kind of respect the man now.
