I think its just the Clinton Global Initiative, not the entire foundation.

CGI is the original part of thier cabal of collect political donations.
The CGI going out of business is significant because it was the first place for them to profit and produce for favors from donations.

Clinton's stamina and the chance of public seizures would be much worse in 2020. She also apparently was taking some pretty extreme drugs to allow her function normally at all. They probably need to reduce those meds so she doesn't croak from that. This includes Levodopa, which can have very bad side effects.
For 2016 they could make her up so she didn't look such a horrid hag. Being 4 years older won't help that.

What money? Donations have dried up since there's no influence to sell. Tax loopholes for charitable foundations should be closed. It's just a way for rich people to avoid paying taxes.
