Did you listen to the interview? Higgins is doing everything that can be done. Doesn't matter how much damning evidence is collected, if DOJ doesn't choose to pursue...... THEN your projection is correct. DOJ is totally beholden to Dems and will do nothing.
I disagree Higgins is bought off, it's unfortunate there aren't more of his type.
