There is zero scenario where consistent ad text except one change of Muslim / Christian should trigger any type of code exception unless that code is specifically designed to catch that exception.
I’ve seen millions of lines of code.

People more invested than you or me have testified under oath before congress that Google et al are intentionally altering their services to the benefit of the left and detriment of the right.
