I've got it!
A Muslim living in Moscow with ties to ISIS recently traveled to the US with the intent of carrying out a terrorist attack. Thanks to our friends in Russia who had been surveilling him and alerted us to his plans, we were able to intercept and arrest him before any attack could be carried out.
