We have a German Shepherd. They are intensely loyal and highly intelligent dogs. You have to be firm with them when training but they have a hunger to learn and work.
What that kid was doing is abuse. The kid needs help and that beautiful dog needs a good home.

The parents should be drug into the street and shot. The child should be watched carefully and then dealt with at the appropriate age if he doesn’t reform.
