It could have very well been a typo.
He usually uses "Dumbocrats", and I've also seen the ever-clever Democraps. Second favorite is "DemocRATS". Get it? Like rats is all capitalized because they're really rats.

I tried to find out but the only way I can is to view the video of today's show and I have dial-up so I can't view videos.
