If she cared that much she should've retired during Obama

Well with all her cancers and heart issues, her intentions may be irrelevant.

I want to retire in his fourth year and Republican still control the Senate. Then I want the Republicans to use the nuclear option again to replace her

which is why the Dims filibustering here was idiotic.

Scalia for Gorsuch is a one for one trade on ideology.

They would have a somewhat legit beef replacing RBG with someone like Gorsuch.

I don't agree with RBG but i also don't want the court to be an echo chamber of similar thought.

is this fun to you? I realize people say Obozo and whatnot, but I though maybe the "go-high" thing would've kicked in by now.

After 2018, 2 of them would render the RBG situation moot.

What is wrong with an echo chamber of idealogy that believes in the original intent of the constitution?

The problem is activist judges.

No they don't. A particular philosophy does not own a seat. When she goes, Pryor gets approved.

What was once referred to as the nuclear option will become business as usual going forward.

Yeah, it will be interesting. I can't wait to hear them say that we need to maintain some balance in the Court (of course they didn't care about that when Obama nominated Garland).
