Most DAs in states like Texas, outside of Austin, won’t bring charges against shooting a violent criminal threatening you. Especially if they are clearly a Cali transplant.

Once convicted and appeals process is completed, kill them immediately. Waste of tax payer dollars.

They have 737 people on death row, last execution was in 2006.
