You're probably right. At this point, if he takes Obamacare away he will piss off a lot of people. Too many people love government entitlements
. If the new bill fails tomorrow, then he can blame Democrats or McCain/Ryan and wash his hands of it while maintaining that his bill would have been a lot better (can't prove hypotheticals 
)
