You don't sound too sure. I really think Trump's just taking every conspiracy theory Fox is throwing out there and tweeting it as intelligence. Once Fox backs off or otherwise disavows their comment, Trump stays with it to keep face. It's a vicious cycle, and he hasn't been in office for even 2 months yet.

The problem is, unlike Hillarys devices, Lynch couldn't destroy DOJ hard drives. Anything typed on them can be recovered. It just took time to find how they were hidden
And remember Sessions just got there, so the forensics didn't happen, until he walked thru the doors

The Obama administration were always getting caught. I have no doubt other administrations did similar things but This admin was horrible at keeping secrets. It was all there but the majority of "the press" minimized or ignored it.
