I can't imagine being a conservative and having to work for that paper.

That's disturbing. Students should be able to be more expressive of their opinions, if for no reason other than they are still trying to figure out who they are. David Duke got his start at free speech alley. When I was there it was a training ground for Swaggert Bible College folks. There's a long tradition of right wing views, as repugnant as those views are. The kid shouldn't be hassled.

Hmmmm when I was at LSU there were always a split between liberals and conservatives at free speech alley about 50/50.

Once agsin, an example of the intolerant left.

If you have a different opinion, they don't want to hear it. They have no interest in hearing other opinions and will shout you down.

The intolerant left.

Wonder how long it's been since TBoy and Ralph Wiggum actually set foot on the LSU campus? Things have changed dramatically in this country in just the past 15 years, since 9/11 it seems.

A few of my old high school friends were protesting at that protest. They posted pictures of themselves on facebook with their not so clever signs, calling the EO a "Muslim Ban."

Let's just say I had correct a lot of falsehoods on Facebook the other day...

Good for him. We need to oppose the intolerant left at every opportunity.

I use pretty much all of my season tickets. Always tell the stories of living in South Stadium dorm. Sometimes I go for continuing legal education. I try to stop by Highland Coffees to visit Clark, if he's there. I know they rebuilt the Catholic Church. I liked the old one better. Am I missing something?

That don't look like the Free Speech Alley I remember, but I hope it's still alive.

I used to love debating anyone who stood up on the bench.

I only wish I knew then what I know now, right? I'd bury those frickers, and that includes the pseudo religious, as well as the totalitarian leftists.

There's a middle ground, folks, when we can debate ideas in honesty. Keep that in mind.

I had a good friend from highschool that was their sports editor recently. He used to talk about how the only time he'd go into the reveille office was when he turned his articles in. He said that the place is basically a bunch of Hillary hard legs that will tell at anyone that offers a differing opinion.

It all stems from one faculty member that runs it and almost exclusively hires left leaning student writers.
