This is most likely true. As far as I know BLM isn't a uniform organization with centralized leadership. Yes, there are founders but I see some people who claim to be BLM doing their own thing. For instance, there are people who claim to be BLM who are saying they are going to war with the police and they will police Black neighborhoods in NYC. I don't think those folks are working with the BLM founders from northern California. But, I could be wrong.

Now, I do see a fight brewing between BLM and Black activist groups like ADOS (American Descendants of Slaves) and FBA (Foundational Black Americans). ADOS and FBA are groups in favor of reparations. As far as I know BLM is not in support of reparations.
