Two extreme inhabitants in Shaker Heights...rich old money Jewish and regular black folk, some good people and some really thugish. My nephew is a policeman there and the blacks are 98% of all crime and trouble.

And I found it really odd that they called it a black mark and further found someone named Black to give the quote
