I hate to say it, but what he said probably is an accurate description of a lot of lefties

I'd love for Trump to lose support, but not at the cost of our economic prosperity. This is just loony toons.

The economy doing well and the dow and stocks being at all time highs is what is going to help insulate Trump from a lot of shite storms including Mueller's investigation and help him win reelection.
The economy doing well is what saved Bill Clinton from impeachment. And the economy doing pretty shitty is what made sure Nixon had no chance to avoid impeachment.

Would you be upset if he succeeds in doing things that benefit the country and its people. Strengthen the economy and build towards a future that is better for a maximum number of citizens.

If the social landscape of this country severely deteriorated, then I'm not sure all that would be worth it. But i'd be happy and would give him credit he is due if he does bring about economic prosperity for America.
