It is a disaster from almost everyone I talk to. Everyone is feeling what’s going on with inflation. It is as bad as I have seen it in my lifetime.

I feel that's hyperbole. Within the next year it certainly could get there, but I can think of at least once just in my short life that the economy was in objectively worse shape and more people were in more dire financial straits than they are today.

The Jimmy Carter era was really bad too. Gas shortages included

Bidenomics is focused on fixing fast food ice cream machines.
Who cares about wages?

He's at least glad he lived long enough to see that he wasn't the worst prez ever. That title has now been taken away and we still have almost a year to go.

The true believers on this board could not care less for any discomfort caused by their emotional voting proclivities.

And these inflation adjusted numbers are using their total BS CPI calculations. The reality on the ground is far worse

As credit card debt climbs along with those making minimum payments on credit cards. It will break eventually and just get uglier.

Back in the day, when people ran out of money it was “okay, I can’t do any more things now.”

Now, when people run out of money they rack up credit card debt to massive extreme levels.

You may laugh…but it wouldn’t surprise me if not too far into the future the discussion will be on an executive action for the taxpayers to pay people’s credit card debt along lines of the student loan “forgiveness.”

Spending more, getting less.

It's the progressive way.

Name the time when the economy was worse. If it's the 2008 financial crisis then STFU - that was caused by leftists giving mortgage loans to unqualified minorities plus the fact that dems won the house in 2006 and their policies took hold - that combination plus the election of barry soetoro cratered the economy.

If that's not when, then name the time.....
