While he's not wrong that it was always going to be a disaster when we left, it was the most uncoordinated leaving of all time that hurts him.
I love the excuse of "well we had to stick to the Trump plan." We are the premier fighting force in the world, and could make that country glass if we wanted to. Pushing back 3 months would have faced token resistance at worst.

The fact they packed c5s and c17 with random Afghan losers probably pisses me off the most. They have no clue who they put on and they dgaf. It was a big spectacle to seem like they did something large. It was a large frick up.

I think the way he handled Afghanistan disgusted most all Americans and no amount of spin could sugarcoat it. He was already in decline as far as approvals and was teetering due the border, COVID, the economy, economic plan, tax and spend budget,endorsing every woke agenda, and his general buffoonery.
Afghanistan is something that everyone understood and he can't get gaslight his way out of it.
