We need a reverse Iran/Contra/Air America set up for this situation. Clearly, there must be a whole bunch of excess baby formula in South America since all the babies are coming here. We need to send empty trucks to pick it up. Since they are empty when heading South, throw a bunch of illegals in the back and drop them off in Chile. Kick them out the back of the truck a mile away from the warehouse like the CIA kicked drugs out of the planes before they landed.

First of all, google the “Flores” consent decree, which began as a class-action lawsuit regarding the treatment of migrant children and was settled by requiring the government to provide certain items to children who were detained at the border.
Among those items to be provided was food. Later regulations
stipulated that

The ignorant/disingenuous GP article you posted also accuses the Biden administration of shutting down the largest producer of baby formula for 3 months.
The Abbott's Sturgis plant at issue was shut down after receiving four reports of infants who were hospitalized with bacterial infections after consuming formula from the facility. Two of the infants died.
It's understandable that a dweeb like you would reference a bogus GP article, but it's another thing for a Republican member of congress and the Republican Governor of Texas to deliberately spread patently disingenuous information.
They can spread what amounts to are lies, without fear of retribution, because their constituents are guppies who continue to swallow whole virtually any (mis)information feed to them by their "leaders".

I got an idea, return to Trump’s border enforcement policies and there won’t be nearly as many “at-risk” detainees to feed.
